Ingredients

10 portions
  • 400 milliliters whole milk
  • 300 grams condensed milk
  • 70 milliliters lemon juice

Preparation

In a jar place ingredients, whole milk, condensed milk and lemon juice in this order. We stir well with some rods until we have a homogeneous cream and the condensed milk has completely dissolved.
Pour carefully, or with the help of a funnel, the mixture in the pole molds and freeze at least 4 hours.
To unmold the poles, the mold passes under the jet of water for a few seconds.

TIPS

The popsicles of condensed milk and lemon do not need anything else that you take them very fresh, freshly taken out of the freezer. They are very creamy so do not be afraid that they are excessively cold. Nor do they create ice crystals when they freeze, so they are perfect!
