Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 cups milk, or water
  • 8 tablespoons sugar, for the candy
  • 2 tablespoons Water, for the candy

Preparation

Place the condensed milk and milk in a saucepan over a fire.
Beat the whites until stiff until they are hard.
Go by spooning the whites to the snow in the hot milk.
Cook the flakes on both sides (milk should boil gently).
Remove them and let drain. Prepare the rest of the flakes in the same way.
