Blend the cream, half cream, horchata concentrate, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and sweetened condensed milk until everything is perfectly integrated. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the melon, strawberry, kiwi, and peach, then mix the fruit with the help of a silicone spatula. Set aside. Pour the horchata and fruit mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 2 hours. Unmold the frozen horchata popsicle and enjoy.
