Delicious cold chocolate dessert that you can enjoy for those days when you crave something sweet. It is very quick to do and you just have to wait for it to set very well. Enjoy it very cold.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder, without flavor
  • 1 can evaporated milk, (refrigerated for several hours)
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • to taste cherries
  • to taste chocolate, grated to decorate

Preparation

Beat the evaporated milk until its volume increases.
Add the sugar. Gradually add the chocolate and grenetina dissolved in 1/4 cup of hot water. Stir well.
Place the preparation in a mold and take it to the refrigerator until it sets.
Decorate if you want with cherries and chocolate zest.
