Preparation
In the blender put the condensed milk, the prepared milk powder and the cream of milk, add the cocoa, the vanilla essence and the salt and liquefy for a minute. We pour the mixture into a square refractory mold (20 x 20 cm). Cover with clear plastic paper and take to the freezer for six hours or until the ice cream sets. We take into account to remove the ice cream every 30 minutes of the freezer and stir it so that it does not form ice.
We ready 12 cookies. When the ice cream is ready, we take it out of the freezer and with a small knife and cut it into six squares (we can use a cookie to guide us). We put again in the freezer for 10 minutes. Remove the mold again and with a spatula, remove the squares of ice cream and place one on a cookie, cover it with another cookie to make the sandwiches and part each in half.
We passed the edges of some sandwiches by the chocolate powder and others by the colored nuggets. We keep the sandwiches frozen until serving time.
