Ingredients

10 portions
  • 6 egg whites

  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 Chocolate Almond Crunch Halo Top®

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Beat the whites until they double their volume, add the sugar little by little.
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until they change color, add the whites in an enveloping way, the sifted flour, the salt, the vanilla and the butter.
Separate the previous mixture in two parts, add to a cocoa and mix. Place the mixes in two pastry sleeves.
