Ingredients: 250 grams bittersweet chocolate; 1/2 sticks butter, for greasing; 1 liter chocolate ice cream; 1/2 cups almonds; 1 liter vanilla ice cream; 120 grams bittersweet chocolate; 180 grams unsalted butter; 4 eggs; 2 cups sugar; 2 tablespoons vanilla essence; 1 1/2 cups flour; 120 grams milk chocolate, for final decoration; dark chocolate chips, for decoration

Melt 250 grams of dark chocolate of your preference in a double boiler; it can be plain chocolate or chocolate with almonds. With a removable mold of 15 cm in diameter (approximately), grease the mold so that later you can add the melted chocolate and it won’t stick when we want to take it out. Place the mold in the freezer.
