Ingredients: 2 packages María cookies, it can be 3 or more depending on the height you want; 1 can evaporated milk; 1 can condensed milk; 1 stick cream cheese; 1/2 cups lime juice; jam, of the flavor you desire

Blend the cream cheese, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and once blending, gradually add the lemon juice until achieving the desired consistency (thickness). In a mold, distribute a little of the mixture at the base of the mold and then place the cookies, add a bit more mixture to cover them. Repeat this procedure until you achieve the desired height.
