Preparation
Peel the bananas and cut them into 2-centimeter discs. Put them on a large plate and freeze for an hour or two.
Put the frozen bananas in the blender or food processor and puree them until the mixture is creamy and smooth, add the peanut butter and mix with the puree.
Serve immediately if you want an ice cream of soft consistency, if you prefer a harder ice cream to leave in the freezer for a few hours.
