Ingredients

6 portions
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 cups evaporated milk

Preparation

Separate egg whites. Reserve.
In a bowl and with the help of a whisk, mix the egg whites with the cup of sugar.
When incorporated, add the vanilla extract, chocolate syrup and salt. Continue beating until it turns a pale brown tone.
While stirring, add the 2 cups of whipping cream and evaporated milk. Continue beating until thick.
Freeze the mixture and serve.

TIPS

You can substitute the chocolate syrup for your favorite flavor.
