The best of the desserts with a very Mexican flavor. This recipe is delicious because it contains a lot of flavor, the corn makes a perfect game with a bit of eggnog or cajeta, choose the option that you like and try it.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 5 corn
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 335 grams sugar
  • 750 milliliters milk
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 750 milliliters cream

Preparation

Flare the corn and liquefy them with milk and sugar.
Boil this mixture on very soft fire with the cinnamon slit until it thickens.
Add the yolks to the mixture and leave to the fire a minute more without stopping to move.
Strain the mixture and let it cool.
Beat the cream until it doubles its volume and stir it with the preparation of the corn.
Refrigerate the preparation in a covered container for at least 8 hours.
Process the preparation in an ice cream machine.

PRESENTATION

You can serve it on some leaves of the same corn.
