Preparation
In a pot boil the cream, milk and salt.
In a deep bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and Matcha. Then add 1 cup of the hot cream mixture beating rapidly.
Beat the rest of the mixture little by little and return to the pot to cook over low heat for about 5 minutes (do not let it boil and continue beating).
Immediately put the cast mixture in a metal container or ice cream container and let cool to room temperature. Go to the refrigerator and allow it to cool for 1 hour.
Freeze the ice cream in an ice cream machine and then move to a storage container.
The ice cream lasts up to 30 days.
