Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 3 cups of whole corn kernels
  • 1 Cup of condensed milk
  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of eggnog

    Preparation

    Heat a pot over medium heat with the butter and cook the corn until it softens. Remove and cool.
    Blend the corn with the condensed milk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
    Use the blender to double the volume of the whipping cream, add the previous preparation slowly while still whipping. Once integrated, pour into a mold and freeze until solidified.
    Serve the ice cream with a little eggnog.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with a bit of eggnog.

    TIPS

    If you want your ice cream to have more stability, you can slowly add a a little melted hydrated unflavored gelatin when it is all integrated.
