Ingredients

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 1 Marie biscuit
  • 4 egg whites
  • 250 grams brown sugar
  • 3/4 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

In a blender pour the can of condensed milk, the juice of the 7 lemons, the evaporated milk can and vanilla to taste.
Blend at medium speed until all the ingredients are perfectly incorporated.
In individual containers place a cookie Maria as a background, then pour a little bit of the mixture, so that it covers the cookie. Then you will put another cookie and more mixture, making several layers. In containers of this capacity I put layers of cookies.

PRESENTATION

To decorate, if we use the merengue option, we can put half a slice of lemon on the meringue.

TIPS

If we do not want to go to prepare meringue, we can decorate with chantilly, fruits, such as peach, strawberries or those that we like, or just put a touch of cinnamon powder. Everything is in our creativity and tastes.
