A rich mango snow that is served with pieces of mango and mint leaves. A dessert that is fresh and full of flavor because when it is made with natural fruit, it retains all the characteristics that mango lovers love. Test it.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 liter natural yogurt
  • 2 cups mango, smoothie
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 envelopes natural gelatin
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation

Mix the grenetina in a cup of boiling water.
Blend, or beat the grenetine mixed with water, mango, yoghurt and condensed milk.
Pour the mixture into a container.
Put in the freezer until the consistency of snow or cream.

PRESENTATION

Serve in small glass plates with a few pieces of mango and a few mint leaves.

TIPS

If you want you can put it in the refrigerator instead of the freezer and you will get a delicious mango jelly. You can add mango pieces.
