Preparation
Put water, sugar and glucose in a saucepan. At the first boil remove it and let it cool.
Blend the mango and pass it through a fine Chinese sieve.
Mix the mango with the syrup and put it in a freezer container.
Freeze it and every 30 minutes liquify it again. Repeat until you get the consistency of a straw.
