A delicious mango sorbet for the hot season and the best thing is that it is made at home and with natural fruit. It is a refreshing dessert that will be the favorite of all at home. It is easy to prepare and also has few ingredients that you can easily find.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 375 milliliters Water
  • 40 grams glucose syrup
  • 300 grams mango pulp

Preparation

Put water, sugar and glucose in a saucepan. At the first boil remove it and let it cool.
Blend the mango and pass it through a fine Chinese sieve.
Mix the mango with the syrup and put it in a freezer container.
Freeze it and every 30 minutes liquify it again. Repeat until you get the consistency of a straw.
