A delicious dessert to close any meal, try this nougat ice cream with blueberries and surprise all your family with this special dessert.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups FAGE® Total 0% greek style yogurt
  • 1/2 cups honey
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cups almond, pulverized
  • 1/2 cups blueberry

Preparation

Mix the honey, sugar and water in a saucepan over low heat until the sugar dissolves, boil for a minute.
With an electric mixer mix the egg white with the salt and beat until a kind of meringue is made, little by little add the hot honey and continue beating.
Beat the meringue until it is quite hard for 4 minutes, and let cool for 10 minutes.
Beat the Greek Type Yoghurt FAGE Total 0% and add the meringue with honey and almonds and mix with a spoon.
Pour the mixture into a refractory, cover and freeze until the ice cream hardens for about 4 hours.
Serve in balls accompanied by blueberries.
