In this homemade ice cream recipe, Vita + ® orange cups are used in a creative way, to create a dessert that will be for the whole family's taste. This ice cream has a practical and fun preparation, so do not hesitate to involve the little ones in its preparation. It is important to give the ice cream time to freeze perfectly, during this process, move it constantly with the help of a spoon to break the large crystals.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 5 cups cups orange Vita + ®, 170 gr each (frozen)
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • cups orange Vita + ®, to decorate (segments only)
  • chocolate chips, to decorate

Preparation

Grind the Vita + ® orange cups with the condensed milk and reserve in the freezer.
Beat the cream until doubled in size, add the ground oranges and the thread-like grenetina. Freeze and move constantly to break the large crystals.
In a bowl, place a large ball of ice cream, you can lean on a bowl to shape it. With an ice cream spoon, take out two medium balls, these will be the ears of the bear; place them on the large ice cream ball and on them two wedges of Vita + ® orange cups to highlight the ears. Finally, lean on the chocolate chips to place the eyes and the little nose. Serve and enjoy!
