A delicious tamarind sorbet for the hot season. There is nothing better than a rich tamarind flavor drink, it is sweet, refreshing and unique. You can prepare it in meetings, meals, cocktails, birthdays or wherever you want. You'll love it.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 375 milliliters Water
  • 40 grams glucose syrup
  • 200 milliliters tamarind concentrate

Preparation

Put water, sugar and glucose in a saucepan. At the first boil remove it and let it cool.
Mix the tamaindo with the syrup and put it in a freezer container.
Freeze it and every 30 minutes liquify it again. Repeat until you get the consistency of a straw.
