Preparation
Mix all ingredients.
If you have an ice cream machine, empty the mixture in the machine and follow the indicated directions. But put the mixture in the freezer for 30 minutes, chew it and if you prefer a firmer ice cream leave it longer in the freezer for 30-40 more minutes. But it's going to be too hard.
It is emptied into a duya or plastic bag and served in small cups making round movements to make it look like a whirlpool.
