Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup mango, frozen
  • 1/4 cups lime juice, without seeds
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups lager beer
  • chilli powder
  • lager beer

Preparation

Blend the ice together with the frozen mango, lemon juice, sugar and beer until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a rectangular container, distribute evenly and freeze.
Scoop out ice cream balls with the help of an ice cream scoop or spoon, decorate with chili powder to taste and bathe with the clear beer. Enjoy very cold!

PRESENTATION

Serve sorbet balls, add chili powder to taste and pour beer to coat.

TIPS

Frost the glass where you will serve the beer with salt, chili powder or chamoy.
