This delicious banana dessert is very simple, nutritious and perfect for any occasion. It is prepared with natural yoghurt, mashed sugar, banana and cinnamon. Sure your family can not resist this creamy dessert.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 banana
  • 2 spoonfuls of milk light
  • 4 spoonfuls of brown sugar
  • 1 Cup of natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla
  • to taste of cinnamon

Preparation

In the blender mix the banana, milk, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Stir in a bowl with the yogurt and pour into glasses to serve.
Garnish with banana slices and a little cinnamon. Chill for at least 45 minutes.

PRESENTATION

The presentation is almost as important as the taste when you have guests, so you can help your mousse if you add a few drops of yellow dye to have a more striking color.
