Cold Lemon Mousse

This recipe for lemon mousse is very rich and children like it. It is a fresh and rich dessert, perfect for a hot day or for a special occasion. Do not stop trying it.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 of Cup of lemon juice natural
  • 2 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of Grenetine powder without flavor
  • 2 drops of Vegetable coloring green (optional)
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 Cup of cream to beat plus 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of Grenetine powder no flavor (10 grams)
  • 1 Cup of cream to beat

    Preparation

    In a saucepan, combine the lemon juice and sugar. Add the powdered grenetina, let it soften 1 minute. Heat over medium heat for 3 minutes until it dissolves completely. Add the lemon zest and coloring (optional). Remove from heat, let cool a little.
    Add the condensed milk. Reserve.
    Beat, the cream to beat until fluff. Add it to the mixture of lemon and condensed milk, with enveloping movements.
    Pour the Mousse in individual cups and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour. To serve.
