Preparation
In a saucepan, combine the lemon juice and sugar. Add the powdered grenetina, let it soften 1 minute. Heat over medium heat for 3 minutes until it dissolves completely. Add the lemon zest and coloring (optional). Remove from heat, let cool a little.
Add the condensed milk. Reserve.
Beat, the cream to beat until fluff. Add it to the mixture of lemon and condensed milk, with enveloping movements.
Pour the Mousse in individual cups and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour. To serve.
