This recipe for lemon mousse is very rich and children like it. It is a fresh and rich dessert, perfect for a hot day or for a special occasion. Do not stop trying it.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2/3 cups lemon juice, natural
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin powder, without flavor
  • 2 drops vegetal color additive, green (optional)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream, plus 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons gelatin powder, no flavor (10 grams)
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Preparation

In a saucepan, combine the lemon juice and sugar. Add the powdered grenetina, let it soften 1 minute. Heat over medium heat for 3 minutes until it dissolves completely. Add the lemon zest and coloring (optional). Remove from heat, let cool a little.
Add the condensed milk. Reserve.
Beat, the cream to beat until fluff. Add it to the mixture of lemon and condensed milk, with enveloping movements.
Pour the Mousse in individual cups and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour. To serve.
