Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 pears, big crushed
  • 3 glasses low fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour
  • to taste lemon zest, (medium)
  • 3 egg whites, whipped to nougat
  • 1/4 cups Splenda, Granulated Sweetener

Preparation

Dissolve the rice flour in the milk and heat.
Add SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener Granulated, grated, pear and clear beaten.
Remove from heat, let cool and serve.
