Rich cold dessert for chocolate lovers. It is light because it does not contain cream or butter. Prepare the best chocolate mousse.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 10 eggs
  • 360 grams bittersweet chocolate, in tablet
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons strong coffee

Preparation

The egg whites are separated from the yolks of the eggs and the whites are beaten with nougat.
The chocolate is melted in a bain-marie, mixing with a wooden spoon.
Prepare strong coffee, expresso type and separate 2 tablespoons. These are mixed with melted chocolate.
Add the sugar to the egg whites, stirring little by little, and then the yolks, previously beaten with a fork.
To finish, mix the whites with the chocolate with an enveloping movement, until the mixture is homogeneous. Pour the mousse in a deep dish, cover with egapack and put in the refrigerator for a day.

PRESENTATION

Use some beautiful glass or crystal glasses to show the chocolate. It can be decorated with a little whipped cream and shaved chocolate.

TIPS

For dark chocolate lovers it is better to use bitter chocolate. In Mexico it is recommended to use the Turin chocolate.

Una receta deliciosa y muy facil Hicimos está receta para una fiesta y quedó deliciosa. Colocamos la mousse en vasitos chiquitos de plástico y lo decoramos con chocolate razurado.
