Ingredients

6 portions
  • 250 grams Marie biscuit
  • 90 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 1/3 cups lemon juice
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 box milk cream
  • 10 lemon peel, to decorate in strips

Preparation

Grind Maria cookies in a fine powder.
Mix the already ground cookies with the butter to form a homogeneous mixture. Place the mixture in the container where you will serve the foot and refrigerate.
In a bowl mix condensed milk and lemon juice. Once mixed add the zest.
Fill the container with the base and bring it back to refrigeration.
In a bowl, prepare the meringue with the cream of milk, place the cream on the foot and decorate with the strips of lemon peel.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with cream and lemon strips.

TIPS

You can add a packet of grenetina to set faster. You can use Italian meringue instead of cream.
