Preparation
Dissolve the grenetin in the water and heat it a little in the microwave until it is well diluted, approximately 1 minute.
In a bowl beat the cream cheese with the half cream, the evaporated milk and the condensed milk until everything is well integrated. You can use an electric mixer or a balloon whisk, the important thing is to integrate the ingredients well.
Add the lemon juice and the grenetina and beat 2 more minutes.
Cover the bottom of the glasses with 1 tablespoon of cookies and empty over 2 -3 tablespoons of the milk and cheese mixture. Continue alternating the layers until filling the cups.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
Decorate with the fruit in syrup
