  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups mascarpone cheese, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar, for the filling
  • 1 1/2 cups bitter chocolate, for coverage
  • 1/2 cups cocoa, for coverage
  • 1 cup brown sugar, for bitumen
  • 3/4 cups powdered sugar, for coverage

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the cake, whisk the whites with the sugar until they double in volume and add the soluble coffee. Reservation.
