  • 6 pieces of egg yolk

  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter melted
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 2 cups of mascarpone cheese for the filling
  • 1/2 Cup of whipping cream for the filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of powder sugar for the filling
  • 1 1/2 cups of dark chocolates for coverage
  • 1/2 Cup of cocoa for coverage
  • 1 Cup of brown sugar for bitumen
  • 3/4 of Cup of powder sugar for coverage

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
