Preparation
Heat the water to a simmer, add the cinnamon, the star anise and the piloncillo, boil and turn off.
Add the ground coffee, cover and let stand 10 minutes.
Beat the mascarpone cheese, with sugar and the essence of vanilla. Reserve.
Submerge the soletas in the coffee pot and place in a refractory to form a layer, with the help of a spoon add the cheese, repeat the process until filling the refractory, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Refrigerate 2 hours before cutting, enjoy a glass of milk.
