Because we love tiramisu we have created for you this version made with a creamy mascarpone cheese filling and soletas submerged in a delicious pot coffee, which will remind you of the grandmother's house.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 piloncillo
  • 1/4 cups coffee, ground
  • 3 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • enough lady finger
  • to taste cocoa powder

Preparation

Heat the water to a simmer, add the cinnamon, the star anise and the piloncillo, boil and turn off.
Add the ground coffee, cover and let stand 10 minutes.
Beat the mascarpone cheese, with sugar and the essence of vanilla. Reserve.
Submerge the soletas in the coffee pot and place in a refractory to form a layer, with the help of a spoon add the cheese, repeat the process until filling the refractory, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
Refrigerate 2 hours before cutting, enjoy a glass of milk.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with cocoa powder.

TIPS

You can add a touch of clove to the pot coffee to make it more aromatic.
