To decorate your mousse in a fine and delicious way, use some dark or white chocolate leaves.

Tips

To make the leaves, you need to melt your choice of chocolate in a double boiler. Once the chocolate is melted, it is spread on the back of leaves and refrigerated for at least 1 hour. Then, the leaf is separated from the chocolate.
