Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the sugar with the vinegar and vanilla. Put the egg whites in a bowl, ensuring no yolk is mixed in, and pour in the previous mixture. Add 1 drop of the desired color. Beat with a mixer until a hard and consistent mixture forms. Place small amounts on a baking sheet lined with wax paper using a piping bag to achieve the shape in the photograph. Bake for 25 minutes.
