Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 Yoghurt Natural Oikos®
  • 2 teaspoons yellow lemon zest
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup blueberry
  • 4 pinches yellow lemon zest, to decorate

Preparation

Mix two Oikos® yoghurt natural pieces with lemon zest, reserve.
Blend the rest of the yoghurt with the mango until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. Reservation.
In a bowl, crush the berries a little. Reservation.
In a small glass place some of the natural yoghurt mixture, followed by mango yoghurt and blackberries,
Repeat until filling and decorate with the zest.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with yellow lemon zest.

TIPS

Take care to remove only the zest because the white part of the skin tends to embitter.
