With this recipe you can prepare a rich cake of corn combined with oats, use tender corn and prepare it in a few minutes using your blender.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 corn, shelled
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 3/4 cups oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation

Blend corn grains, eggs and sugar.
Pour the liquefied into a bowl and add the melted butter, oats and baking powder until they are mixed.
