Delicious corn bread, I'm a fan of corn I can recommend this dessert a lot. I like to serve it warm and accompany it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 6 corn sliced
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 bar of Butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 raja of cinnamon
  • 3 teaspoons of royal
  • 1/2 Cup of flour

    Preparation

    Mix the ingredients in small pieces.
    It greases and flourishes a rectangular mold.
    Once the ingredients are ground, mix in a mold.
    Bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180ºC.
    Once baked let stand in the mold for 20 minutes.
    Desmolda and serves.

    PRESENTATION

    La raja de canela también se muele o usa en polvo, al gusto; la barra de mantequilla es de 90 gr y la harina puede ser de trigo o de maíz, yo he usado más la de maíz y queda muy bueno. Saludos
