Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 bar margarine
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 5 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 5 tablespoons baking soda
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cans evaporated milk
  • 8 corn

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 C °.
Grease and flour a mold of 25 cms in diameter.
Blend the corn grains with the other ingredients.
Pour over the mold and bake until golden brown.
Ideal to take to the office and children's lunch as dessert!
