If the snacks with fruit along with a spicy touch are your favorites, here's how to make Crazy Rich Watermelon with fresh fruits and a mixture of nuts that will give it a very original flavor. In addition, you can decorate the watermelon with some fruit banderillas along with chilito. This is a healthy snack, because it only contains the amount of sugar that the natural fruit has, since the nuts from Nature's Heart are without sugar.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 piece of watermelon small
  • 1 Cup of Strawberry
  • 2 pieces of Kiwi
  • 1/2 piece of pineapple
  • enough of green lemon
  • enough of chilli powder sugarfree
  • 2 pieces of mango
  • 1 Cup of jicama small, grated
  • 1 Cup of cucumber in canes
  • 1 piece of orange cut into segments
  • 1 bag of fruit and nut mix unshelled sugar free Nature's Heart® 150 g
  • enough of green lemon to serve

    Preparation

    Cut one end of the watermelon and with a Parisian spoon, removing pearls of the watermelon flesh to hollow the melon out. Reserve.
    With a knife, cut half the strawberries in half and arrange in in a fan. Remove the stem from the rest of the strawberries. Reserve.
    Peel and cut the kiwis and pineapple into cubes. Form skewers with the stemless strawberries, the fruit cubes and the watermelon pearls by inserting them on skewer sticks, taking care that the strawberries remain at the tip. Cover only strawberries with lemon and chili powder. Reservation.
    With the help of a peeler, peel the mangoes, slice and roll up, and reserve.
    For the assembly, fill the watermelon with the jicama and the cucumber, add the watermelon pearls, orange segments, the mango rolls, insert the skewers and finish with Nature's Heart® unsweetened nuts and fruit mix. Serve with lemon juice and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Present the watermelon in a platter and serve with lemon juice and chili powder.
