Rich cream cake, which you can decorate to your liking. It is perfect to accompany with a rich glass of fresh milk, a coffee or chocolate.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 250 grams whipped cream
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • to taste walnut, optional

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and mix.
Beat the eggs in another bowl for 2 minutes.
Add the sugar to the eggs and beat 1 min. plus.
Add the cream and vanilla. Add flour and milk little by little.
Beat until everything is integrated.
Empty the mixture in a previously floured container. Add the nuts on top of the mixture.
Bake at 180 ° C for 45 minutes. Check the cooking by inserting a toothpick, if it comes out clean it is ready.
Allow to cool 10-15 minutes after removing from the oven.

TIPS

You can substitute the nuts for raisins or shredded coconut.

yo le puse 21/2 de harina ya aumente a 5 cucharaditas de café la vainilla y quedo con un delicioso sabor a galletas de nata;solo por si les sirve se los cuento :D
