Preparation
In a bowl we put the dulce de leche and add 3/4 cup of water, mix until we achieve a liquid consistency of the dulce de leche and reserve.
In the blender pour the condensed milk and the half cream at the end add the reserved dulce de leche and add 1/2 quart of soluble coffee, blend all the ingredients, reserve.
We hydrated the 3 envelopes of natural grenetina in 3/4 cup of water, we take the micro at intervals of 20 seconds or water bath until dissolved and without lumps.
Add the grenetina dissolved in the blender with the other ingredients and blend a little more to integrate all the ingredients completely.
We grease our mold or individual molds and refrigerate for 2 hours.
We decorate with star anise seeds (optional) and serve.
