Preheat the oven to 180º. Grease and flour the cupcake molds. Mix the sifted flour with the baking powder and baking soda. Beat the egg with the sugar, butter, and yogurt. Beat vigorously. Then gradually add the flour mixture. Mix well until the dry ingredients are moist, being careful not to overmix as the cupcakes may turn out dry.
