Preheat the oven to 180º, grease and flour the cupcake molds. Make small balls the size of a marble with cream cheese and refrigerate until needed. Mix the mashed bananas, egg, and butter in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the baking powder and flour. Gradually add to the previous mixture; it may remain lumpy or textured due to the bananas. Finally, add the tablespoons of milk and mix.
