Ingredients: 3 cups flour; 2 cups orange blossom water; 1 cup sugar; 2 tablespoons baking powder; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 1/2 pineapples, honey cooked and chopped in sugar; 1 orange, zest and juice; 4 eggs; 1 cup vegetable oil; 1/2 cups butter; 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder; 1/4 teaspoons clove powder; 1/4 teaspoons fresh ginger; 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg; 1/4 teaspoons salt; 200 grams cream cheese, for the frosting; 1/2 limes, the zest; 1/2 limes; 150 grams icing sugar; lime peels, in very thin strips as decoration; 150 grams unsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 200ºC, combine all the dry ingredients and sift them. In a bowl, cream the butter with the sugar using a mixer, and once ready, add the eggs one by one until achieving a homogeneous mixture. Then, gradually add the oil in a thin stream while continuing to beat. Gradually add the flour combined with all the dry ingredients and sifted little by little, and as the mixture becomes heavy, add the orange juice as well as the zest. Next, add the grated carrot, ginger, and the pineapple that you have previously cooked and cooled.
