Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix the flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. In the mixer, combine vegetable oil, sugar, and eggs. Add the vanilla, apple puree, and Santa Clara® Apple Yogurt. Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into the apple mixture. Place cupcake liners in a cupcake mold and pour the batter into each one. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool completely. For the frosting, beat the butter together with the cajeta, gradually add the powdered sugar. Add the salt and vanilla. Decorate the cupcakes with the frosting.
