To start, make the cupcakes according to the instructions on the box you bought. Remember to fill only 2/3 of the cupcake mold so they don't overflow. Before putting the frosting on the cupcakes, prepare all your pieces. To make the eyes, roll out the fondant with a rolling pin (it's very easy to use) and with the tips of your piping bag, cut out 24 white circles and 24 smaller black circles. Place the black circles on top of the white ones with a bit of frosting, making them slightly off-center since it's a bit crooked.
