Ingredients: 1 cup mayonnaise with lemon juice McCormick®; 1/4 cups sugar; 1 cup milk; 1 tablespoon lime zest; 2 tablespoons vanilla essence; 2 cups flour; 1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder; 1/2 tablespoons baking soda; 1 pinch salt; 1/4 cups cocoa, for the marbling; 4 tablespoons milk, for the marbling; cheese bitumen, of colors, for decoration; fondant eyes, for decoration

Use a whisk to mix the Mayonnaise with McCormick® lime juice, sugar, milk, lemon zest, and vanilla essence until a homogeneous batter is obtained. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, and mix. Divide the batter into two portions and set aside. In a bowl, mix cocoa and milk, then incorporate it into a portion of the cupcake batter and mix.

Pour the mixture alternately into the cupcake molds; that is, place a bit of chocolate batter and then a bit of vanilla mixture until each mold is filled to ¾ of its capacity.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C or until well cooked.
