Sift the flour together with 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar, the salt, mix until incorporated and let the butter rest in another bowl. Add the milk gradually while mixing and add the vanilla to your mixture, beat everything until incorporated. Melt the butter in the microwave and incorporate it into the mixture. Beat 2 eggs until frothy and add them to your mixture, incorporating everything. If necessary, add more milk. The molds must be microwave-safe; place the cupcake liners in them. Pour the mixture to one-third of the capacity of the liners and microwave in intervals of 50 seconds, watching that the mixture does not overflow; repeat this until they have an acceptable appearance. Insert a fork into each one; if it comes out clean, they are ready; if not, bake for another 40 seconds. To decorate, beat the 2 egg whites until frothy, add the sugar, beat until forming the frosting and add a few drops of food coloring. Decorate to your liking with the colored frosting.
