Preheat the oven to 180°C. Sift the flours and baking powder and combine them. Mix the butter at medium speed until creamy, gradually add the sugar and continue beating, adding the yolks one at a time. Add the ingredients gradually alternating with the milk and vanilla until well incorporated without overmixing. Mix with the egg whites that will be beaten to a meringue consistency in a folding manner. Fill the cupcake liners 2/3 full and bake for approximately 25 minutes.
