These cupcakes are ideal for these Christmas holidays, apart from the fact that their decoration is very original. Their flavor is exquisite, I invite you to make them, they will not regret it.

Preparation
Sift the flour with the baking powder, cinnamon and ginger, stir in a bowl with the sugar.
In another bowl stir the eggs, milk and vanilla and beat a little with a balloon.
We put the butter in the blender at medium speed for 4 minutes, add the sifted and beat for one more minute, empty the milk and vanilla mixture until everything is integrated, empty the nuts and stir.
We preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Empty the mixture in a tray for cupcakes which will have the caps. Fill 2/3 of the mold and put to bake x 25 to 30 min.
When they are ready let stand 5 min in the tray, then remove and let cool on a rack.
You can buy the fondant already made or you can prepare it with 100 grs of melted chocolates in a bain-marie, let it temper a little and mix with 250 g of3 sugar glasscernida to form a soft paste.
We divide the fondant into several parts and add gel color according to the tones you want.
Once the cupcake is cold, we put the decoration in fondant (snowman, Christmas tree, etc).
