Ingredients

40 portions
  • 1 kilo cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 50 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 kilos brown sugar
  • to taste powdered sugar
  • 4 eggs

Preparation

Take 20 cookies already separated and unfilled, crush them and set aside.
Take another 20 cookies and remove the filling, (they would be 40 cookies already separated). Place the cups in the cupcake mold and place the cookies in the bottom, simulating the base of the pie.
In the blender add 700 grams of the cream cheese and beat medium / high speed until the cheese takes a smooth consistency, add the brown sugar while stirring until they are firm, add the eggs (previously beaten with a fork) continue beating until the integrate. Turn off the blender and take a large spoon, add the crushed biscuit to our mix and integrate in an enveloping (from the outside to the inside) using the spoon.
Empty the mixture over the molds until 3/4 and bake for about 30 minutes or until they pass the stick test. Once they have finished baking, let cool in the mold for 5 min. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before continuing with the next step.
For the bitumen: sift the sugar glass.
in a large bowl beat the cream cheese remaining in medium / high speed until it takes creamy consistency, add the previously sieved glass sugar in the form of rain and continue beating.
Refrigerate at least one hour before decorating the cupcakes.
Decorate placing the bitumen over them and add pieces of biscuit (of the 10 that remain)

PRESENTATION

Decorate with some pieces of biscuit with filling on the bitumen. Serve very cold.

TIPS

Cupcakes must be completely cold before decorating them. Keep refrigerated.
