  • 2 salt
  • 10 milliliters vanilla essence
  • 250 milliliters sour cream
  • 250 grams butter, ointment
  • 390 grams sugar
  • 4 grams baking soda
  • 3 eggs, big
  • 1 can dulce de leche (caramel)
  • 90 grams cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups Water, hot (only if necessary)
  • 1/2 kilos powdered sugar
  • 1 gelatin, in the mine
  • 1/4 cups glucose
  • 1 tablespoon edible glycerin
  • 1 teaspoon pineapple essence, or the one of your preference
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening
  • food coloring gel, yellow, black, red and brown


For cupcakes: put butter, ointment, sugar and sour cream in the blender . Add the essence, salt, baking powder and incorporate two eggs one by one and mix until you have a homogeneous dough, add the next egg and gradually mix the flour until everything is mixed.
Empty in molds already prepared with pots and bake for 20 min at 180 ° C. Reserve and let cool.
For the filling: Put the dulce de leche to heat in a bain-marie until it is a little more liquid, in any case you see that it does not become more liquid, add hot water little by little until it takes a more or less liquid consistency. Once this is done, add the cream cheese while stirring the mixture until it is homogeneous. Remove from the fire and let cool.
For the fondant: Hydrate the grenetine in two tablespoons of hot water and let it cool. Put the glucose in the microwave for 20 seconds and until it is more liquid add the essence, butter and glycerin.
Also heat the glycerin and incorporate it to the other ingredients. Add little by little in the form of thread to the icing sugar and beat at low speed so that all the ingredients are integrated.
As they are integrated, the speed increases so that the fondant takes shape.
Now ready the fondant divides depending on the number of colors you are going to use. Decorate guiding you with the image.
Cut yellow circles the size of cupcake, white circles for the eyes, black circles, brown circles and mark the mouth. Cut the squares for the teeth and form red dots to decorate the cheeks.


You can make all the characters you want, it depends on the fondant color you make.
