24 portions
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs, big
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 8 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 boat vanilla frosting
  • 100 grams fondant
  • artificial food coloring, green, pink and black
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 220ºC.
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl beat eggs together with milk, melted butter and vanilla.
Place the mixture of liquid ingredients in the dry ingredients, integrating everything little by little.
In a cupcake mold put cups and serve the mixture up to 3/4 full. Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Allow to cool and then paint the bitumen with the green artificial coloring.
With the help of a rolling pin, expand the fondant and add icing sugar so that it does not stick on the roll.
With a mold in the shape of a rabbit cut several bunnies and put them in the freezer.
Form some ovals with the fondant that was left to make the little ears and paint them pink.
Decorate the cupcakes with the green bitumen and a duya simulating the grass.
Paint the eyes of the rabbit and nose. Add the pink ovals to the ears and put the rabbits in the cupcakes.
